From a mile away. Yeah, a reign of bad luck and sucky days. Today was about 23% alright. That 23% consisted of the time I was at school, which explains why it was merely “alright’ and not “rad”.

The school had some junk going on today where umm, things were going on, people were being merry and stuff, and there was a bit of live music. I chilled with Jason, Kitty and a couple other people for a bit down there before going to my Illustrator class.

In Illustrator I just kinda BS’ed with Jason, he helped me touch up my logo for the logo project and then I left.

But rewind.

My day unfortunately started at 6:30. I got into bed last night at 2… maybe it was going on 3… and had my alarm set for 8:45. So why was I up at 6:30? Because some asshole from the Franklin Wendy’s apparently thought it would be rad to call off or not show up. Yes, that’s right, I got a call from the Franklin store waking me up at 6:30 wanting me to work for them. Not only do I have school, and not only am I already scheduled full-time at the Springboro store, but if I were going to skip out on school it sure as hell wouldn’t be to spend my morning working when I have an assload of schoolwork to do.

So after the call I never really got back to sleep and just kinda loafed in bed until my alarm went off. Then I went on my way to school and dealt with stupid ass traffic.

Which brings me to item number two… like I said I have a full-time schedule this week. Somewhere in between spending my days at school until 3:20, then working, I’m supposed to get 3 projects finished by next week. Which is cool because I’m not registered for two of the classes and if need be I can just… not do them… but I WANT to do them and it’s cutting out time for things like, well, video games.

So anyhow, after leaving school today I got stuck in more f’ing traffic, because people can’t drive, they get into wrecks and every idiot on the road just HAS to drive by slow enough to try and figure out what happened… thus causing more wrecks. Asses.

And alas… I finally have my exit in sight… and I get a f’ing flat f’ing tire. Seriously. Like, it couldn’t have waited until the weekend or something. So I spent 10 minutes along the road in the hot sun changing a damn tire so I could drive 4 more minutes home.

I get home, wash my hands, tell my mom that I got a flat so we can try and work out how I’m going to take care of this tomorrow and still go to school… Then she tells me that the Springboro Wendy’s called asking where I was. They had scheduled me from 4-8 tonight. Seriously people, what is so hard to understand about me being available only after 5 Monday through Thursday? I mean, do they REALLY expect me to get out of class at 3:20, walk to the parking garage, drive 40 miles home, get changed and get to work in 40 minutes? How much did they really need me to be there at 4 anyway? NOT AT ALL.

So I got to work at 4:30, didn’t even get a chance to sit down, check e-mail, grab a snack… NOTHING…. and of course once I get there I catch a bunch of crap from people for being late the second I walk in the door. Yes, I’m late about one day every month, whereas most people CALL OFF 5 days out of every month. So sue me. I wasn’t supposed to be working then, I had traffic and a flat tire to deal with, F you all.

So whatever. I’m staying up typing this because it’s never good to go to bed stressed out.

I made coffee cake for tomorrow, I get to see Kitty tomorrow, and I don’t have to worry about staying up doing homework tomorrow, so I don’t imagine that it will be as bad.

But I also didn’t expect today to suck.

So my week of being out of classes is over. It’s now labor day, and tomorrow I have school again. I decided to take two of Jason’s classes, Photoshop 2 and Illustrator. Honestly, I really just taking Photoshop 2 so I have a class with Kitty. (Which, by the way, her birthday is tomorrow. Happy Birthday, Kitty!)

So tomorrow is going to be pretty busy. I get out of my Promotional Materials class (the only one I am registered for) at 3, and I have to be to work at 5, where I will be until close. Which blows. But whatever.

I did a whole bunch of nothing last week. I did a little bit of spray painting, but that was the highlight, really. The inside of my computer is now a lot of white. I still want to do some other parts, but that may not come until wednesday. See, that relies on me having my computer off long enough to get that done.

I also want to get some acoustic padding in there to make it quieter. Just because I can. It isn’t really loud or anything, I can sleep with it next to my head, but you know me. I ordered some hard drive silencers from some place online Monday night of last week, they were supposed to be here on Wednesday or Thursday… but here it is coming up on a week later and nothing. I am going to complain to them that I want my extra charge for priority shipping returned.

Other than spray painting, I just played a lot of Counter-Strike…. and I mean a lot.

So yeah. I’ll probably be in bed early so I am wide awake tomorrow. Hurrah.
